Our Mission
Our mission at Bonilla Cruz Investments is to find Permittee Responsible Mitigation properties for construction projects that are furstrated with the lack of mitigation banks in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties.
Goal One
Offer land to projects that need it to offset California Department of Fish and Wildlife, Regional Water Quality Control Board, and United States Army Corps of Engieneers riparian impacts.
Goal Two
Prepare the Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plan, Long Term Management Plan, and help identify the functional lift on the riparian resource that will be needed to mitigate your impacts.
Goal Three
Complete the monitoring necessary to makes sure the Permittee Responsible Mitgation site reaches it success criteria within three to five years. After which it is transferred to a third-party non-profit where it will be maintained in perpetuity.
We know how difficult it is to mitigate riparian impacts in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. With a limited availability of approved mitigation banks, or exceptionally high bank credit costs, we want to help projects mitigate those riparian impacts and streamline the mitigation process.
What we do:
Option 1: Offer you land that has riparian resources for you to purchase and do the Permittee Responsible Mitigation yourself.
Option 2: Provide the land, prepare the Habitat Mitigation and Monitoring Plan, Prepare the Long-term Management Plan, find a suitlable third party non-profit, negotiate the endowment, coordinate with the State and Federal agencies to get the Permittee Responsible Mitigation Approved.
We can also provide all the necessary biological studies, jurisdictional delineations, and permitting needed to get your project through the regulatory permitting process.
